we have a problem concerning the cancellation. Our guests just cancelled the reservation, but now, we are not able to close the reservation area on same date. What can we do? We have a problem to close the Apartment n. 2 for the 8th of August.
Hi there, you should reach-out to Airbnb Customer Support to find out the cancellation reason. If the guest was within there rights to cancel then you would just need to cross your fingers for a updated booking to come through, Airbnb customer support team is your best bet 🙂
