Cancellation

Hi. I need to cancel an instant booking as a host. But no button available to do it.

Hi Jimmy,

Go to your "Reservations" page. On the very far right hand side of the line with the guest's name you will see "..." Click on this "..." Scroll down a little and it will say "Change or Cancel." Follow the prompts from here. If you are not able to cancel, you will need to contact ABB CS to do it for you.
