Cancellations

Hi All,

 I have a regular guest who cancelled and had a $25 fee. I have a flexible cancellation policy. Who gets this money?  If I do, I want to return it to her. Does anyone know the answer to this?

@Rebecca96 If the guest cancels and your cancellation policy is 'Flexible' the guest gets back ALL the money that was going to you. You get $0.00, but airbnb keeps their fee, 6-12% depending on the length of the resveration. If you really want to give the guest back their $25 it's coming straight out of your own pocketbook.
