Cancellaton and superhost status

Hi, I hope you can help me

Lately, we got some news that changes our plans. We must sell our apartment and hope to close a sale in January. I wanted to block all future bookings but it seems that I made a mistake for a little later I not a notification of a new booking in July 2020. I had to cancel this booking. We intend to buy another flat (but not in the same city) and continue with our Airbnb account. Is there something I can do to prevent losing my Super host status because of this cancelation?

@Eva882  You will need to call AirBNB and ask for an Extenuating Circumstance review of your cancelation. Be prepared to have some documentation of the illness and explain that you are selling your listing.
