Cancelled

Hi on my reservations list there is a cancellation from someone who never requested to stay.

I did have an enquiry on that date but sadly they hadnt understood the security deposit so couldnt go ahead with the booking so after several discussions it was agreed i declined them..

So they never paid or booked ..why does this say cancelled.

please help.

It is not a big deal.  Someone has abandoned their request while going through the verification process.  If verification is not done within the time limit, it is cancelled automatically.
