Cancelling without damaging our reputation as hosts

Myself and my girlfriend have been hosting for a year and found it great. We have superhost status and only positive reviews. The majority of our guests have been fantastic.

 

We we received a booking however over three weeks (weekdays only so three seperate bookings) and are two days into our first week. Our guest is extremely disrespectful and does not follow any house rules. We feel trapped in our own bedroom and will be cancelling the following two bookings the moment week one is up. I have read up on the consequences of hosts who cancel bookings however and as well as financial implications the hosts lose superhost status. This doesn’t seem fair when we have worked hard to be accommodating hosts from day one.

 

Does anybody know who I can contact to resolve this?

@Leah-and-Andy0 why cancel the following bookings instead of canceling this one and saving yourselves from the stress. Contact Airbnb and let them know that you don't feel comfortable with that person in your home and have them cancel the reservation.
