Cannot get address accepted to be listed as a host in Tulum, Mexico

I keep getting this error message when trying to finish my listing as a host for my home in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico:

The address you entered is not accurate enough. Try adding a street or house number.

I am using the exact same format and information as I have on my VRBO/ Home Away listing, and it is not recognized by Google maps, it seems. Can someone PLEASE help me so that I can continue with registering my account? I have asked for help, and was told that addresses are listed according to Google Maps and if it isn't found, I can't list!

I have the same issue in St Kitts, Caribbean. Adding a new listing to an existing portfolio at the SAME ADDRESS. Something has obviously changed.

Quick question did you get a fix for this issue as i am now trying to add my home in St.kitts and recieving the error message
