Cannot provide review on our guest.

Hi There! I am a new host and would love to leave my first guests a review ! I have looked through this forum and noticed alot of other people have not received the email to leave a review. Just wondering if anyone has worked it out yet ! Thanks in advance !

The email to leave a review tends to come through 3 or 4 days after the guest has left - I do not know why this changed as it used to come through on the day they were leaving which was great as everything was fresh in your mind and by leaving a quick review it encouraged the guest to leave theirs promptly too!

Normally i get the Email reminding me to leave a review abouth 24 hours after the booking was complete.
