Cannot verify photo ID, Blurry Camera

The app is complete garbage at taking pictures for verification and won't focus on my ID, is there anyway I can just upload it?  The normal camera app actually works.  FYI Pixel Phone.

When I try and do this on my laptop in Firefox, it puts me in a stupid infininte loop and forces you to use the app

"Dont Want to use our mobile APP?" => Keep Using Current Device => How would you like to add a photo of your ID? => "Dont Want to use our mobile APP?" => Keep Using Current Device => How would you like to add a photo of your ID?

I am having the same problem as well on the Pixel XL. Not sure what to do..

Same. Galaxy note 9. Camera in Airbnb app won't focus.
