Carrying over prior year pricing

Is there a way to carry over previous year pricicng.

I spend a lot if time customising pricing for our snow based accommodation. Our pricing covers off peak, shoulder, long weekends & various festivals.

It would be nice to tick a check box & at the very least it carries over previous pricicng....
