It's not always like that, @Matthew285. If the exact address is not indexed by google maps, it will point to the nearest indexed one, or sometimes to something it considers correct. Until a few months ago, mine wasn't and every time Airbnb guests came and simply clicked on my address, they were redirected to the building opposite. And they didn't look at the number of the building, they relied on the phone and gogle (sic!). It was only after booking.com offered me to index my address that it is searchable globally, along with my phone number etc.
@Dung3 - file a request to Airbnb to set the address manually if it is not correct. They did it for me some time ago, so it's possible.
