Change Address After confirming booking

Hi everyone

Im new with airbnb. When i list my house on app. I choose the function of airbnb automate map to show my address. The position on map was right but the address showned on map was wrong. I did get some of booking and cant change the address. It makes my guests concerns about my exact address. 

Can anybody help me for that. I tried to find way to contact Airbnb live person. But it may be impossible

@Dung3 the address you put as the listing's actual address is correct, yes?

How the location of the listing is represented on the map should not be considered a misrepresentation by the guest.

Once the guest books with you and has the actual address, then the guest can put that address in a Google Maps and figure out where the listing actually is.

Or are you saying you put the address in wrong?

It's not always like that, @Matthew285. If the exact address is not indexed by google maps, it will point to the nearest indexed one, or sometimes to something it considers correct. Until a few months ago, mine wasn't and every time Airbnb guests came and simply clicked on my address, they were redirected to the building opposite. And they didn't look at the number of the building, they relied on the phone and gogle (sic!). It was only after booking.com offered me to index my address that it is searchable globally, along with my phone number etc.

@Dung3 - file a request to Airbnb to set the address manually if it is not correct. They did it for me some time ago, so it's possible.

I forget that Google Maps coverage is not complete everywhere.
