Change Reservation fees?

I have a guest that is staying 3 night @ 119 a night and a cleaning fee of 100, for a total of 457. Today they called asking to add an additonal day to her stay. The addition night rate is 118, but when I went in and added it the difference rate said it woud be 211.  What are the other charges? This is 1/2 the cost of their reservation for just 1 night?

Adding 1 night has a difference of 211 when my nightly rate is 118. What is the other 93 dollars for? 80% in fees?

Adding 2 nights has a difference of 329 whenmy night rate is (118 X 2 = 236). Same thing 83 dollars in fees.

And it looks like the 93 dollars is being added to our payout. So increasing our nightly rate?

Confusing.. Any explaination will be greatly apprecited.

Use the Request Money service instead as the are no additional fees or services applied, If you change over all cost then the service booking fee and the service charge is applied to your entire booking
