Change in price in 30 minutes - why??

Hey, I just don't get it what has just happened:
- 30 minutes ago when I wrote to my host the price was 40 EUR x 3 nights = 119 EUR minus special offer 20 % off (minus 24 EUR) plus service fee 16 EUR - Total 111 EUR;
- now it says 39,59 EUR x 3 nights plus service fee 19,11 EUR - Total 137,89 EUR.
Which price do we pay?? I want to pay the lower one!

And there is absolutely no email to contact AirBnB Help center?! To explain the situation and get an answer?

Hello @Irena33. Maybe the host, seeing your interest, increased the price? Or they are on Smart Pricing and the algorithm upped the figure. You can only ask the host for a special offer. Airbnb will not act in this situation.

@Irena33   Contact the host and talk to them, they probably have 'smart pricing' turned on – an automated Airbnb feature that continually changes the price based on demand and season.
