Change in reservation price

Hi there. Im just new in airbnb. I just want to ask what would i do if i change my price to Php1500/night, Then a guest pop a request with a different and lowered rate of php1411.
Second question, I already comfirmed the booking but is there anyway i could charge him of the amount that i want?

i am trying to find out how i can control my dashboard. I inadvertantly in the begining set up the pics etc. then i got out of the listing process and when i logged back in airbandb asked me to set up a profile and upload pics etc. The result two listings for the same place. It is confusing to guests and to myself. Does anyone know how to delete one of the listings?

@Babeth0 if you already have a confirmed booking you can't change the price and charge the guest more.
