Changed bank details

i have recently completed a booking and is waiting for my payout. but I see that i dont recognize the last digits of the bank account where it will be deposited to. so I changed my bank account immediately and I even reported it to bnb even asking to call me. but I havent heard from bnb as of yet. I hope someone can help me with my issue before it becomes irreversible. 

And also why doesnt bnb show the name and some important details of the bank account. I cannot trace who that account belongs to. I hope something could be changed about this
