Changing Email Address

Hi

I need someone to refer this or to tell me how to get to the right form on the website please.

The problem is my old email address I no longer have access to.  It was set up by default as the same as my facebook account originally.

Since then the email address is closed as I have a domain name now, if I follow the process described in 'help' and 'resolution centre' I can change the email to the new one but upon clicking 'save' it asks to link to Facebook for credential check, I authorise it (again), and then it returns to the same screen but the old email address is present again. 

Second attempt, change the email address and then get back into the same loop >> facebook authorise >> old email address still showing.

I've exhausted all of my options.
