Changing a listing

Does anyone know how to add a bedroom to an existing listing and having a separate price structure?

You need to create a separate listing for the additional bedroom unless you want to rent it as a whole.

You currently have two rooms under one listing so if a guest books one of the rooms then nobody else can book the second room.
