Snoozing a listing- guest communication

Hello,

If I snooze my listing for two weeks because I will have limited access to be able to respond will a guest who is staying during that period still be able to message me?

Yes, they will still be able to message you, reviews can still be made during the snooze period etc. The snooze period just stops your listing appearing in searches and being able to be booked.

Bear in mind that of you snooze your listing for two weeks you could still get an enquiry or reservation for a period further ahead of the two weeks i.e., for you could still get a request during the snoozed two week period for a booking in 3 or 4 weeks so you would still need to be able to view your messages in order not to affect your response rate. 

If you won't have access to your mail then it's best to snooze for a much longer period as it's less likely you will get enquiries or reservations too far ahead and after the two weeks just open up the listing again.
