Changing address

Hey:) can anoyone tell me if I move out from the current location but I wish to continue doing airbnb in the other location- do I need to close my current account and set up the new one, or can I somehow change the address? Thank you in advance for your answers!

I am not sure you can simply change the address because your reviews and ratings relate to the property and it would be misleading for new guests.

However maybe more experienced hosts can advise better or contact BNB.

No, you need to set up a new listing for the new property and deactivate the listing for the property you are no longer renting.  Your reviews are host-based and will stay on your personal profile and the new property will look like there are no reviews at first but the listing will say "host has reviews from other properties".  You can make note of that in the new listing details to encourage guests to book with you.
