Changing deposit and cancellation

I have many inquires before I could set cancellation and deposit how do I get them to book with new settings

The cancellation policy and deposit that were in place at the time they booked form part of the rental contract.

Any changes affect only new reservations made after the changes.

Unless you want to cancel the bookings you have and suffer the host penalties, you have to live with situation the guest booked with, @Alex1270. You are not alone with still needing to tweak your listing and getting bookings.  You need to disable Instant Booking until you are more comfortable with this platform and the hosting business.  Or, you can just snooze your listing until you feel it is properly set up.
