Hi Laurie!

You can tell the property management company to invite you as a co-host. After you accept the invitation, they can set you as the "Primary Host". It means you'll be the one that appears on the listing. BUT the listing is still "owned" by the original host that created the listing. Even though you are the primary host, the reviews will be attributed to the original host.

There is no official way to completely change the ownership of a listing (At least I'm not aware of it, and I've played around with configurations and co-hosts over 40 listings for 2 years).

Best!

So they would have ti close the listing completely and we would have to reopen it?

if the property management has taken a deposit for the listing but it will have to close so I can open the property under my ownership will they have to give the deposit back to the customer?
