Changing manager

Hi

We currently have our Airbnb managed by a 3rd party who has notified us they no longer have the capacity to continue managing the property.

Is there a way to transfer the listing to our profile and keep the bookings\reviews?

Unfortunately not @Graeme46

I really dislike the way some co-hosts don't act in their client's best interests and set up a listing under their own profile, rather than that of the client.

This means of course that should the owner decide to manage it themselves or in your case the co-host decides they can no longer work for you, you lose all the goodwill, reviews and ratings associated with your listing.
