Hi there...
I received several reservation and all are going to my bank account when guests arrive. But i wonder can i change that reservations payouts-to change bank account or that is only for future reservations?
Thanks in advance...
you have to add new account and wait until it is veryfied. Than you can set it as default and delete the old one . From that moment all payouts will arrive on your new, default account. It doesn't metter when your reservations were made because you get payed the day after your guest arrives.
Thank you!
@Miho1 Just to be clear, after your new account has been verified by Airbnb, all future payouts will go to the new account. Payouts for reservations that have already begun will go to your old account unless it has been closed. In that case the payout will be sent back to Airbnb who will hold on to them until your new account has been verified and has a status of "Ready".
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the information about making a change in the payout.

Yes- so how can I phone Airbnb and try catch the payout that is in transit but won't be delivered until next Monday as I hosted guests this weekend and forgot to change my payout method - because there had been fraud on my credit card - the payout was started by Airbnb but won't be finalized until next Monday - I went in today and changed my credit card - but is it too late? If so, what happens now?
Judith
Hi Dennis
You can't catch a payment in transit.
If you cancelled your card account due to fraud, the payment from Airbnb should bounce back to Airbnb and would be payed into your new payment method on airbnb when its verified.
