Changing price tips when Smart Pricing is Off

Hi,

I just want to know why the price tips keep on changing everytime i select the tips, it change again to a new prices tips and keeps on changing. So I am confuse whether the tips can be trust or not anymore? I dont have this issue before.

I've noticed it has started doing that today.  I tried refreshing the page to see if it stopped but it didn't.  Maybe the price tips are changing very quickly or else it is a glitch.

Yeah i did that too. I am updating my prices an average of every two days. This happen only few weeks ago. Before it was not like that. I already send this concern to airbnb it my be webpage bug.
It will only happen if you turn off  your smart pricing.

Thanks for notifying them! I am having same issue. I think the tips change constantly because many people could be searching in a certain period - prices change with supply and demand. I am testing out smart pricing manually, adjusting my numbers daily and I noticed I am getting more frequent views on my listing.

I think those tips are crap and only try to drive our prices down. Trust your gut, trial and error a little and you'll find the right prices for your place for every season of the year.
