Changing the address and map

Hi there, I have had a guest who was horribly lost last night and I cant find where to edit the address. We emailed instructions however they did not have internet so look them hours to find us. The help section says go to manage listings, guest request, edie and change address...but i cant see the guest request part. Can anyone advise please? Thanks

Hello @Andrea66,

The help section I see says a bit more than you quote and I can see the "Guest resources" section.

Perhaps the interface on the Australian site is different.

Also, they don't tell us that it's not possible for us to edit the address once the first reservation is accepted.

You'll have to contact Airbnb support to have them correct the address.

1. Go to Manage listings on airbnb.com, then click Manage listing
2. Scroll to Guest resources, then click Edit
3. Next to Address, click Edit
4. Edit your address, then click Save
