We have recieved bookings and now realise that we have "forgot" to take security deposit on the firs bookings! Is there any way in the sysem to claim that now on bookings made?
@Mattias4 On this platform, all rates and fees that are in place at the time of booking are applied, but you cannot retroactively charge the security deposit. Add it now and on a go forward basis it will be applied. Air BNB does not "take" a security deposit but only has the ability to access the payment method used should there be a claim.
