Chargeback to a guest

Hello,

My guest from last week, Yiltan, smoked inside the suite and the smell is still seeped into the rug, and the bathroom door was cracked. I spoke to the property management department to determine the cost to replace the door and I have now heard back. This is the first time since I started hosting that there has been damage in my suite, how do I proceed from here, i'm unfamiliar with the process and not sure what to do.
