Check-in guide link not working on iPad.

Hi,

The check-in guide link is a useful feature, just tap the icon and guests can see step-by-step guide. However, recent feedback from guests has demonstrated some major issues:

1. On iPad 10.5 inch (possibly other models) the checkin guide link doesn't react to a tap. In other words, it won't open

2. Youtube video links don't work. You tap on it, and the video refuses to play (at least on iOS). 

These two issues are quite major as I use both video and the check-in link for guests. 

Hope the technical team can resolve these issues asap.
