Check your payouts!!

CHECK YOUR BALANCES! We are superhosts and long time Airbnb users as guests. Airbnb currently OWES US MONEY ($4000+) which we only happened to notice was MISSING. They would never have deposited it but my wife audited the account and sent extensive proof of their accounting mistake. Don’t trust them. Check your balance. Check past monthly owings. They are currently stalling the deposits. Money they’ve received from our guests and are holding. It’s unfair so I wondered if other trusting hosts out their are missing $$$$ without knowing. Check your accounting!

@Byron67  Thanks for the sharing and warning. I did have 3-4 isolated cases which I was not paid. There are two different types 

(1) payment is not in the transaction lists. Neither on the completed Payouts nor the upcoming Payouts. This is more of an issue since you lose the track of records 

(2) payment is stuck in upcoming payouts list for weeks after the checkin date

What is your case? Did you not get the payment in your bank account while the transaction is on the completed payout list? If that happened, you may need to check on your bank end as well.

I also did not get an amount paid out. And have not received anything from the Covid 19 fund yet, is still pending since 2,5 months. And also better check some bookings were mentioned illegible for payout but actually were legible. So far I called twice waited for at least 2x 1 hour on the line but still nothing in my account yet.
