My check-in window from 1pm to 9pm but the guest is not responding.
I left a padlock giving him the code. The code will expire at 9pm so he won't be able to check-in after.
What happens next? It is not my fault that he is not responding. If i cancel then i lose my superhost status. However i am not able to host him after 9pm. He accepted this when he booked it.
@Dora31 don't cancel. If the guest is not able to check in that's on them. However, in your place I would do everything possible to try to communicate with them. Have you tried calling their phone, and/or asking Airbnb CS to contact them?
