Cleaning Fee Not added to (2) reservations.

I have had a cleaning fee on my properties since I first listed them. However, there are (2) reservations that for some reason have excluded the cleaning fee from their total. It makes no sense since there have been many reservations before them and after them which DO have the cleaning fee listed?? How can this happen? It is very clearly in my listing and has somehow not made it's way onto (2) of my many many reservations? HELP.

The only reason I know of this happening is if you make a special offer or alterations to a reservation then additional fees are not automatically added, you have to manually add these. Could this be the reason?

Failing this, I don’t know and would suggest you contact Airbnb directly.
