Cleaning Fee

Is there a way to add a cleaning fee only for certain times of the year? ie: May 31-Sept 5th.

At this time, there is no way to have a custom cleaning fee from time to time.  It is either you have a cleaning fee or you do not.  The only thing I can think of is adding in your description that a cleaning fee of $$$ will be added to your reservation from the dates ? to ?.  I do not think this would go over very well though with prospective guests especially since a lot of guests do not read the entire listing.

Yeah surely, you can put the cleaning fee for few months in the year by making changes in the pricing option. Such changes can be done as and when desired. I would like to do it looking at travelling trend.

By and large, I would like to avoid it, as it would be heavy on guests who book my room for a day or two. Instead I would play with the price if needed.
