Cleaning fee and amenities

Hi, am new to the Air BnB business, just in the set up stage, how do I build in the cleaning fee and amenities, or rather how is it calculated

When you list your property, you will be able to add a cleaning fee into your pricing.  All listed amenities will be included in your nightly rate unless you describe otherwise.  For example, if you charge for breakfast, you will not list it as an amenity but you would describe you have a breakfast at a certain fee.  In that case you will collect the fee separately when a reservation is made.
