Client is having trouble writing a review

I have had a client for over a month and I want his review. He has contacted me to say he cant do and that he hasnt received his review request from airbnb. How can I help him.

Has anyone got the NZ airbnb contact number???

As you know there is only two weeks to leave a review so as it has been a month he won't be able to leave one now.

I think @Jane186 means that the guests stayed with her for a month, @Helen3 I can imagine you would want a good review from them. Sometimes the prompt to review is quick (and I mean quick, even before check-out time :-)), sometimes it takes a while. Have you reviewed them already? That always prompts the reminder on the other side to do the same.

 

See if you can get it sorted before the 2 weeks after check-out, that is definitely the cut-off time!

Hi Jane , do you mean has stayed for a month and not left yet or he left a month ago ?

im a bit confused. No review can be written until after the guest leaves and it us up to them to 

leave a review , but be prepared , not everybody obliges . Some do not bother. He will get a reminder . Sorry about typos but on the iPad I cannot take the cursor back and edit my mistakes.
