Co host/Property Management

Hi I am considering hosting an 1 bed apartment in Aberdeen on Airbnb but circumstances mean I am unable to clean/setup etc between guests. Any recommendations for Persons/Companies who do the whole process on behalf of hosts?

I am familiar with Airbnb as I have another property which I do manage nearer my home.
