Where in London is this and what type of help would be required? 

Such as: 

Getting the space ready

Messaging guests prior to arrival with tips on local area

Meeting guest on arrival

Being on call to assist with any questions guest have during thier stay

Re-stocking of essential items within listing

Cleaning and maintenance

I can asssit with as much or as little as you like.

Have you tried posting on the Airbnb London Group on FB - I am sure they will be able to recommend someone.

I would recommend if you are going to use a co-host use a long established superhost with great reviews, take up references from other hosts they are co-hosting for and make sure you have clearly agreed terms around what they will do and your payment terms/structure.
