Communicating with airbnb

IS THERE A CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER IN NEW DELHI WITH WHOME WE CAN COMMUNICATE TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF HOSTINGS

KINDLY ASK THEM TO CONTACT ME ON ***

 

MY QUESTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS 

1) THE DECLINE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING 

2) KINDLY GIVE US A LOCAL OFFICE ADDRESS OR A LOCAL PERSON TO INTERACT

3) PLEASE LET US KNOW THAT OUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SET UP AND OUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN BY AIR BNB

4) WHO WILL MAKE THE PAYMENTS AIRBNB INDIA OR AIRBNB OVER SEAS ?

MANY OTHERS DOUBTS PENDING AS WELL..

 

A TELEPHONIC CNVERSATION WILL BE MUCH APPRECIABLE..

Hello Bhavna,

 

One small online point of etiquette.   The use of all UPPERCASE letters in online correspondence indicates that you are yelling.   It is taken with an aggressive tone. I'm sure that is not your intent so I wanted to let you know.


If you go to the HELP section on airbnb, I think that all of your questions will be answered, and you can also use the "contact us" option to send an eail to airbnb in case they do not have a local phone number to use.

 

This message board does have some airbnb staff moderating the boards, but this message board/community board is not meant to replace normal customer support, so you may not get the reply that you're waiting for.  I would first try the "HELP" section to see how far you can get.

How do you contact the site through email I cannot find an address, all I have found is a twitter account which I have no idea how to use. 

I think I sent a message a little while ago about my problem but I am not sure if it went through. I am needing an answer asap as I feel incompetent that the guest cant book in when the dates are available , but airbnb is saying to me they are not and meanwhile they are telling the guest that  their verification hasnt gone through and on my side I can see that they have 3 forms of verification..

Please how long does an answer take.

If you do a search on this site and type in "CONTACT NUMBERS" it will take to a wonderful list developed by a very nice host of all the numbers around the world where you can reach AIRBNB.

Just to follow up on what @Maria-Lurdes0 said, the Community Center is monitored by any of the Support Team as it is mainly for host to host (and in the future guest) discussions. I would therefore contact the Support Team directly about your questions as it sound like there could be a tech issue involved, Maria and @Linda0's post both provide you with some information on how to do this. 

 

Also, just to mention due to safety reasons, I do remove any personal information from the Community Center there I have edited your post and removed your telephone number. I hope this is fine with you.
