What's up Airbnb???

3-4 years of using Airbnb on the same credit card (as guest and host) and during a time of busy season at my destination and with limited inventory, it conveniently asks me to verify my CC???  Can't make any bookings until this process is taken care of (which takes minimum 24 hours).  Very smooth, guys.  very smooth.

Has anyone located a complaints procedure. I am fed up with Airbnb. They are unable to provide a booking status and the inept member of staff Daniel - I spoke to wasted nearly 40 minutes of my time. He was learning on the job. I was at all times calm and polite.  I asked for a compliants procedure - he hung up. He had my number so no excuse for not calling back if there was a genuine line problem with the line.
