Is this a complaint with regards to a listing, a guest, or something else? You can flag a listing if there's wrong with it (for example you suspect it's a scam). You can write a review about a guest or request money if there's damaged caused. Airbnb also has a pretty responsive twitter or you can call them if it's urgent.
Sorry to hear that. Sounds very urgent so I would definitely give them a call and explain what happened. Try googling Airbnb's call centre line in your country.
