What do I do if the client is not responding quickly to confirm the bookings and the demand for the rooms is high. There's only two rooms left, the local client want to book and the client with air bnb have not confirmed. How do I solve that problem?
if your guest sent you an INQUIRY, you responded and he didn't answer or book then just forget him.
If your guest sent you a BOOKING REQUEST, you responded and he didn't answer your questions then you should accept or decline his request within 24 hours. If you don't then those dates will remain blocked and other people will be unable to book.
Anyway, if you have other people interested at the same dates then just let them book . Don't wait.
