Confirmed booking, guest intends to cancel, using to negotiate rate on a future stay
Guest booked for 27 nights a month from now (April 2019). Messaged me to say he won't be coming until June now. Wants the same April rate in June. Refusing to cancel his April reservation (my policy is flexible). It's not right when they request a change and can hold the current booking with no intention of checking in. What can I do? For weeks now my place has looked like it is booked for all of April and other guests can't book.
