Contact airbnb

Is it really true we cannot contact Airbnb? I need to contact them re payment methods. Ive received emails (one in Chinese) requesting update of payment method however when I look in payment method I don’t recognise my card details?? I also have not received my recent payments?? Not sure if I should put my card details in? Any thoughts gratefully received. Thanks.
