Contacting Airbnb with hosting issue.

For a week I have been trying to contact Airbnb about a cancellation. When I click on "Contact Airbnb" is directs me to my traveling profile and how to contact the host of an upcoming reservation I've made. How can I contact airbnb about a hosting issue? It is maddening and also too time consuming to try to figure out how to contact someone at Airbnb who can directly help me with my hosting account.

You must be in the hosting section before clicking the contact link. But you can give them a call also, phone numbers are in here: Contact Airbnb - A Community Help Guide [UPDATED]

Thank you Emiel, I appreciate the help.

I have been frustrated this last week because I was indeed in Hosting mode and when I even clicked "Hosting Help" it would lead me to my traveling page. I notified them of this but haven't heard back. That said, I have an old computer and maybe the problem lies there.
