Contacting my host

I have a booking and when clicking on the reservation the only option is to call the host and not message, how can I contact them virtually rather than calling from the UK to Italy?

@Lucy440  That sounds extremely strange. You should always be able to message on the Airbnb site with a host, and it's the preferred way to communicate, so there will be a record in case there are any issues.

I would contact Airbnb to ask them what is going on here.

Are you sure it's a genuine Airbnb listing/

@Helen3  That was actually my first thought as well. I couldn't bring myself to freak her out since it's apparent that she's already paid. But I'm glad you did, it's awful to think of these people who fall for scams arriving somewhere to find the place doesn't exist.
