Copy of guest ID by Airbnb mail

As host I need a copy of my guests passport for rentning my appartment in Greece, by law from Greek tax authorities. Normal I get it by Airbnb mail system without problem from my guest. Now I have a guest that have tried to sent it to me 5 times in different files formats, with out succes. Any body who know if Airbnb have made any kind of blocing when guest sent copy of passport/Id via Airbnb mail system or is it Guest who cant find how correctly how to add photo in airbnb mail?

I guess it's probably because your guests don't know how to do it correctly, maybe you can ask them to send you pics directly in the Airbnb dialog box??
