Criminal guest

Hi  I accepted a guest coming next month but have found out he's been charged for robbery.  If I cancel.. which I will..it'll look bad on my profile Right? He's booked for next month

I would call Air BNB directly.

You would need to contact airbnb and have the reservation cancelled penalty free on the grounds that you are not comfortable with the guest.

 @Ann306  Whenever you must cancel a guest unless it is an acceptable cancellation according to Air BNB rules, it is always best to contact Air BNB for assistance as @Marit-Anne0 @Grace214  have advised.  Would you mind sharing how you found out the potential guest was charged with a crime?

Thanks all. When he booked..he mentioned to help at store during March break. I remembered it being busted few years back. Still was ok but feeling staying with me. He didn't provide pic I asked for..Ok.  His dates didn't match ..said here for March break but ..coming after . I googled his name and location..and found violent crime robbery. I wouldnt cancel any guest due to record..but violent using weapon..yes
