Customer check in and check out, Now Airbnb does not want to process my payout

The Airbnb systems shows that reservation is accepted and confirmed.

Now Airbnb does not want to issue my payout.

Airbnb says that the guest has payment issues and they have not received  

payment from my customer.

Hence, i need to wait for customer to pay Airbnb 

before Airbnb can process my payout.

Airbnb does not even inform me that there is an issue with 

customer payment before customer check in and 

they also keep silence on it until customer check out.

 I notice at my dashboard that my payout was not process, and i message

them. Then only did they inform me that they have not received payment 

from the customer. 

therefore my payout is not been process.

Anyone , pleas HELP!!!!

I think Airbnb should pay you out of there own pocket, faling to collect the money from the guest, but on the other hand not informing you about this situation and let you finish a confirmed(!) reservation. 

It is rediculous !

How can this happen.  how is Host be protected from this. I pay to clean home, insurance ect. how can 6 people stay at my home and no PAY.  This is concerning to me........

Welcome to Airbnb, you can be sure Airbnb will lose no money or sleep over this, you're part of the 80% of hosts that are Airbnb cannon-fodder or in other words expendable. if you not happy there are thousands of hosts to take your place.
