DOUBLE INJURY

Good morning, my last guest broke the closet of one of the bedrooms during his visit. I asked him to repair the damage and he refused to pay for it, and he also issued a bad assessment of my advertisement influenced by asking him to pay for the repair.
the fact is that the result of his airbnb valuation deactivated the account for a day and I could not rent to fix the closet.
I requested airbnb to eliminate its assessment since it is not objective or impartial and after a month I still await a response from you.
To this day I can not rent the apartment because I have a broken wardrobe and I also have the bad evaluation in force. Double prejudice!2.jpeg3.jpeg

This kind of problem is reasonably common in the sense that when you ask for damage compensation you get a bad/poor review. Unfortunately Airbnb gets so many requests to amend reviews that they tend in the majority of cases just to do nothing. There are many,many,many posts in the forum of hosts having bad/poor reviews over very silly things, never mind damage like yours.

 

Have you involved Airbnb, having not received damage compensation from the guests? ..although there are time deadlines and procedures in which to file a claim.

You could also try and claim from the Host Guarantee,although it isn't easy, as you have to follow strict procedures, and they do tend to give you the runaround
