Damage through guest - Airbnb does not help! What to do??

Hi all

I had a couple over for New Year's Eve and well... they broke my bed. 

I already contacted them and filed a complaint. But no response. Also Airbnb did not write a single message, and I cannot get in contact with them. 

What can I do?

Hello @Oasis2. Keep nudging Airbnb. The forum here is full of stories about unresolved cases of damage by guests. The only solution is real deposits, but for the time being Airbnb cannot understand it.
