Hello!
We just had a couple of guests check out and upon inspection discovered a circular scould mark to the top of our ceaser stone bench top!
The guest had left a tea towel and pot over the scald mark.
We have contacted the guest and he has denied it and is requesting to come over and see for himself. As they were the only guests, there is no way anyone else could have caused the damage and we were the first on the scene after check out.
How should we proceed with this?
We would love some feedback ASAP!
Submit the pictures to Airbnb and let them decide
You send AirBnB photos. You also keep writing the guest in the message thread so all parites can read (including AirBnB). You hopefully set your security depoist high enough to cover the damage.
Did your house rules allow your guests to use the kitchen and do you have household insurance?
